The premise behind reiki circles is simple: We gather as a group to access positive energy and share it.

Collective consciousness is powerful, and when multiple people direct their energies toward one focus or goal, the results can be astounding. It's a beautiful way to connect.

What is reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique. It’s used to heal physical and mental trauma, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being. In Japanese, the word "rei" refers to the higher intelligence that guides the inherent functioning of the universe. The word "ki" refers to the energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals, and human beings. The combination of these two words is what defines reiki as spiritually guided life-force energy.

To administer Reiki, we channel life force energy through our hands unto another. This causes the negative energy, like stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, and confusion, to loosen their grip.
